RETURNS POLICY

We hope you love your STORIED purchase.

Like with all Sample Sales, All Sales are Final.

Items are carefully inspected before shipment for online purchases.  However, if there is a question from an online order it must be communicated to info@visitstoried.com within 2 days of the delivery date.

STORIED will only consider conversations that are due to our error (such as receiving an incorrect item) & only for newly arrived (see above), unworn, unused merchandise with the original tags still attached-- and resolution is at the discretion of STORIED.

All in-store purchases follow the Final Sale policy.

Final Sales shouldn't feel scary-- don't hesitate to ask questions, request measurements or whatever you need during shopping.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

We offer Flat Rate Economy Shipping with Insurance within the Continental US--

Under $150 (before tax)- $10 Flat Rate Economy Shipping

$150+ (before tax)- FREE Flat Rate Economy Shipping

Should you need EXPEDITED shipping or shipping to Alaska/Hawaii or Canada, let us know & we can calculate shipping costs.

Your shipment could be sent via USPS, UPS or Fed-Ex-- tracking info will be provided via email.

Shipments will typically go to the carriers within 4 business days after order receipt. And please allow appropriate shipment time once the carrier has your package.

If there is a lost, misplaced or damaged package due to the carrier's fault, STORIED assumes no responsibility. But, we are happy to help you file a claim with the carrier. We know how frustrating that can be.

Every effort is made to ensure product accuracy from the label's guidelines but STORIED assumes no responsibility for discrepancies. Always feel free to ask questions, request item measurements, etc. We are always happy to help!
